Pinchbeck based family business Crowsons has officiallyopened the doors to a new aftersales facility at its Wardentree Lane premises.Crowsons have invested in specialist tooling, equipment, systems & trainingto bring Citroën Service back to the area after its sudden departure in 2016.Full Citroën servicing, MOT’s, repairs as well as a range of maintenanceoptions can now be catered for the complete range. If your Citroën is under 3years old then full warranty work can be undertaken with original and essentialparts & accessories also available to order.
Marketing Manager Jordan Crowson said: “With the suddendeparture of the Citroën representation last year we identified a gradualincrease in Citroën models visiting our workshops. After numerous conversationsand site audits with the brand, we submitted an application for the authorisedrepairer status for the area of which was approved earlier this year. We havecreated a brand new service reception and waiting area for Citroën customers ofwhich is conveniently situated adjacent to our main showroom area.”
This addition of the Citroën brand at Crowsons now brings theofficial authorised repairer facilities to four, sitting alongside theirflagship brand Volkswagen, Commercial Vehicles and ŠKODA. Crowsons offer arange of convenience options such as a local collection and delivery service ora lift/pick up to a home or work address within the immediate South Hollandarea. There are also comfy waiting areas with complimentary refreshments andWi-Fi available to visiting customers.
